นับตั้งแต่ที่ Maho Rasop Series ซีรีส์คอนเสิร์ตจากสามผู้จัดแถวหน้าของไทยอย่าง HAVE YOU HEARD?, Seen Scene Space และ Fungjai เสิร์ฟโชว์คุณภาพให้คุณตลอดช่วงปลายปีที่ผ่านมา ตอนนี้ก็ได้ฤกษ์เปิดศักราชใหม่พร้อมนำเสนอศิลปินที่น่าสนใจ ที่จะมาช่วยเติมเต็มค่ำคืนแห่งเสียงดนตรีหลากแนวให้คุณได้เพลิดเพลินเต็มอิ่มกันอย่างเช่นเคย โดย HAVE YOU HEARD? ขอรับหน้าที่เปิดตัวเบอร์แรกของซีรีส์ 2026 ด้วยการชวน Caribou กลับมาเล่นที่ประเทศไทยอีกครั้ง
Caribou หรือ Dan Snaith ศิลปินผู้กรุยทางซาวด์อิเล็กทรอนิกร่วมสมัยในช่วงต้นยุค 2000 ผู้เป็นเจ้าของซิงเกิ้ลฮิตมากมายที่เมื่อเมโลดี้อินโทรขึ้นมาทุกคนต้องร้องอ๋อไม่ว่าจะเป็น ‘Can’t Do Without You’, ‘Odessa’, ‘Sun’ และ ‘Home’ นอกจากนี้อัลบั้มต่างๆ ของเขาทั้ง “Andorra” ยังชนะรางวัล Polaris Prize 2008 และสื่ออย่าง Resient Advisor และ Mixmag ก็ยกให้ “Swim” เป็นอัลบั้มแห่งปี 2010 ไปจนถึงอัลบั้ม “Our Love” ที่ได้เข้าชิงรางวัล Grammy สาขาอัลบั้มอิเล็กทรอนิกยอดเยี่ยมเมื่อปี 2016
ผลงานการสร้างสรรค์ของเขายังคงดำเนินต่อไปเรื่อยๆ เมื่อเขามีโปรเจกต์ Daphni ที่เน้นคลับมิวสิกและร่วมแสดงกับศิลปินมากมายทั้ง Four Tet หรือ Floating Points และในปี 2024 เขาก็กลับมาเดินหน้าต่อกับโปรเจกต์ Caribou โดยปล่อยอัลบั้มเพลงเต้นรำอย่าง ‘Honey’ ต่อมาในปี 2025 เขาก็มีโอกาสร่วมงานกับโปรดิวเซอร์มาแรงของยุคอย่าง Fred again.. ในซิงเกิ้ลโดดเด่นทั้ง ‘Waiting So Long’ และ ‘Facilita’
นอกจากเขาจะได้เป็นเฮดไลเนอร์ในเฟสติวัลระดับโลกมากมายทั้ง Coachella, Primavera Sound, Fuji Rock, Bonnaroo, Reading and Leeds และ Glastonbury แล้ว เขาและนักดนตรีอีก 4 ชีวิตจะนำเซ็ตสุดเท่มาบรรเลงผ่านเครื่องดนตรีสดและซาวด์อิเล็กทรอนิก พร้อมด้วยการออกแบบแสงสีโดย Brian Kelly และ วิดีโอวิชวลโดย 555x5555 หรือที่รู้จักในชื่อ Damien Roach รับประกันบรรยากาศปาร์ตี้เปี่ยมชีวิตชีวาที่คุณจะได้แดนซ์กันตลอดคืน

After a strong run of shows throughout late last year, Maho Rasop Series — the concert series curated by three of Thailand’s leading promoters: HAVE YOU HEARD?, Seen Scene Space, and Fungjai — returns with a fresh lineup of artists from across genres, set to soundtrack the final months of 2026. Opening this year’s series, HAVE YOU HEARD? welcomes Caribou back to Thailand.
Caribou, the long-running project of Canadian musician Dan Snaith, helped shape the direction of contemporary electronic music in the early 2000s. Across the years, he’s released a string of tracks that have quietly become staples—songs like “Can’t Do Without You”, “Odessa”, “Sun”, and “Home”, where just a few opening notes are enough to spark recognition.
His albums have earned equal praise. Andorra won the 2008 Polaris Music Prize, while Swim was named Album of the Year by both Resident Advisor and Mixmag in 2010. Later, Our Love received a GRAMMY nomination for Best Dance/Electronic Album in 2016.
His creative output has continued to evolve through projects like Daphni, a club-focused alias that’s seen him collaborate and perform alongside artists including Four Tet and Floating Points. In 2024, he returned to the Caribou project with the dance-driven album Honey, followed by collaborations with Fred again.. on tracks like “Waiting So Long” and “Facilita” in 2025.
Beyond the recordings, Caribou’s reputation has long been tied to his live show. Over the years, he’s headlined festivals including Coachella, Primavera Sound, Fuji Rock, Bonnaroo, Reading & Leeds, and Glastonbury. Joined by a five-piece live band, he brings together live instrumentation and electronic textures, accompanied by lighting design from Brian Kelly and visuals by 555x5555 (Damien Roach). The result is a set built for movement—restless, colourful, and hard to stand still through.
If you’ve never seen Caribou live, this is a chance to experience one of electronic music’s most quietly influential artists in full form. And for those who were there at Hostess Club Bangkok 2015, this return feels long overdue. The live show has grown in ways few could have predicted.
